Before you start any whisperer kill you must grab the Blackstone Fragment 

found in the north east corner

Below is the gear we recommend you get before starting whisperer

FIRST WAVE

In the first wave of the Whisperer's attack, you need to move before the tentacle strikes. If you don't move and get hit, you'll lose sanity points, which are displayed in the top left corner of the screen. Once your sanity reaches zero, your character will be killed, so don’t let it drop that low. You will gradually regain sanity the longer you stay alive and deal damage.

 

 

PILLAR

Spoiler

During the pillar phase, take cover behind the pillars that appear in front of the boss. The boss will attack three times, unleashing wave attacks that damage the pillars, requiring you to reposition yourself. Be sure to move behind the nearest pillar as indicated below.

 

 

 

 

 

LOST SOUL

During the lost soul phase you use active the Blackstone fragment  once active you will attack all the green souls to move to the next phase.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2ND WAVE

The 2nd wave is a lot like the first wave  the only difference is when the the boss uses the tentacle it has a chance of attacking in a x formation or a + formation 

 

 

 

 

FINAL WAVE

Spoiler

In the final wave, the boss will launch powerful attacks that deal massive damage. You should be able to tank these hits in the final wave you will not lose sanity, use Soul Split to heal. However, the boss will constantly drain your prayer, so keep an eye on your levels and drink restores when necessary. Be prepared to consume brews, and make sure you're in an overloaded state to maximize your survivability.
