We are excited to introduce our latest and first-ever Pirate Update, featuring the brand-new Scurvy Stumpie Boss, created exclusively in honor of Stumpie—marking the first time we have ever designed a custom boss for a player. This update also brings a host of new content, including the Lil Plunderer Pet, Bloody Nightmare Staff, Tumeken’s Elite Cape, and the Elite Slayer IV Expansion, along with various fixes and adjustments to enhance gameplay. SCURVY STUMPIE BOSS

 

We are excited to unveil Scurvy Stumpie, the first-ever pirate-themed boss, now available at the newly introduced ::scurvy island. Players can now enter this public area and challenge the Scurvy Stumpie boss, a tribute to our very own Stumpie—a beloved member of our community. This boss was carefully designed in recognition of Stumpie’s contributions, dedication, and the impact he has had on Simplicity and its amazing player base. We truly have the best community! ❤️

LIL' PLUNDERER

 

The Lil' Plunderer is a brand-new combat pet obtained from the Scurvy Stumpie boss drop table. Its perks feature combat mechanics similar to the Greatish Guardian pet, including a 10% damage boost, 10% tribrid boost, 5% drop rate boost, a 10% chance of dealing double damage, and a 10% Soulsplit effect. Additionally, it introduces a brand-new perk to the game.
 

The Lil' Plunderer pet has a 5% chance of receiving the same rare drop as other players from the Scurvy Stumpie boss. This means you can remain AFK at Edgeville with your pet out, and if another player receives a rare drop from Scurvy Stumpie, your pet has a 5% chance to collect the same rare drop for you.

 

 

 

CAPTAIN DEATHBEARD SET

The Captain Deathbeard set is a new tribrid armor set obtainable from the Scurvy Stumpie boss. It grants the set effect bonuses of Celestial, Saggitarian, and Sacred Clay, making it a highly powerful mid-tier gear option.

CURSED PIRATE'S CHEST

The Cursed Pirate Chest is the latest boss chest found in Scurvy Stumpie's hideout, which you can teleport to using ::scurvy. This chest offers incredible rewards, but to unlock it, you must collect Pirate Keys. These keys can be obtained from the Scurvy Stumpie drop table or its Zombie Pirate minions.

 

 

 

NEW KEYBOARD SHORTCUT

To enhance convenience and improve accessibility, we have introduced a brand-new keyboard shortcut!

Players can now press CTRL + E to instantly open the ::events interface—eliminating the need to manually type the command each time. Enjoy a smoother and more efficient gameplay experience!

 

 

 

 

BLOODY NIGHTMARE STAFF

The Bloody Nightmare Staff is the latest addition to magical weaponry, ranking as the sixth-best magic weapon in the game. It features a healing effect that restores 7.5% of the damage dealt in combat. The weapon is crafted by combining a Nightmare Staff with the Sanguinesti Staff, Sanguinesti Staff X, Volatile Nightmare Staff, Eldritch Nightmare Staff, and Harmonised Nightmare Staff. The Bloody Nightmare Staff has also been added to the Scurvy Stumpie boss drop-table.

ELITE SLAYER IV ADDITIONS:
This update also introduces new Elite Slayer IV upgrades to complete your set. These upgrades include the Elite Celestial Cape, Infernal Shield, and Infernal Blood Necklace.

PET EXCHANGE ADDITIONS:

ELITE SLAYER IV PETS

All Elite Slayer IV pets have been added to the Pet Exchanger, allowing players to sell their pets for cash. 

The Pet Exchanger offers 150B for each Elite Slayer IV pet. Head over to south home and speak with Katerine to exchange your pets in either Bulk format or one by one.

The Tumeken's Cape is the newest best-in-slot "boss" cape and the number one F2P best-in-slot cape in the game. It is created by combining the Crystal Blessing with all boss capes and two Angelic Capes. This cape provides a 10% drop rate boost in the Tombs of Amascut and boasts high stats across all combat skills, making it the ultimate tribrid cape.
